The OHIO EARTH SCIENCE TEACHERS ASSOCIATION is recognized in Ohio and nationally as a leading organization in the promotion of quality Earth Science education. was established by members consisting of  K-12 teachers, college and university instructors, students, and other friends of the Earth.

The organization provides mini grants of $200, plus quality rock, mineral and fossil specimens by way of our Famous Rock Raffle. Our master teacher members lead sessions at major state teacher conferences, like CRCST, SECO, NSTA, and the Northwest Ohio Symposium on Science, Math and Technology Teaching.
